Exchange & Return Policy

At Thakur Creation, we strive to provide high-quality, handcrafted jewelry that you’ll love. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to exchange or return a product. Our Exchange & Return Policy is designed to ensure a hassle-free process for our customers.


Eligibility for Exchange & Return

We accept exchanges and returns under the following conditions:

  1. The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  2. The request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
  3. Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for exchange or return.

Steps for Exchange & Return

  1. Initiate the Request:

    • Provide your order number, product details, and reason for the exchange/return.
  2. Approval:
    • Once your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
    • You will be responsible for shipping the product back to us unless the product was defective or damaged during delivery.
  3. Inspection:
    • After receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria.
    • If the product is found ineligible, it will be returned to you, and no refund or exchange will be processed.
  4. Processing the Exchange/Return:
    • For Exchanges: We will dispatch the replacement product within 3-5 business days of approval.
    • For Returns: Once approved, a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.

Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be exchanged or returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry
  • Products purchased during sale or clearance events
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photographs of the product and packaging for verification. Once confirmed, we will:

  • Arrange a replacement at no additional cost, or
  • Offer a full refund if a replacement is not available.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • For exchanges, we will cover the shipping cost of the replacement product.

Refund Method

Refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Online Payments: Credited back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days
  • Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunded via bank transfer
