Eligibility for Exchange & Return
We accept exchanges and returns under the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- The request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for exchange or return.
Steps for Exchange & Return

- Provide your order number, product details, and reason for the exchange/return.

- Once your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
- You will be responsible for shipping the product back to us unless the product was defective or damaged during delivery.

- After receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria.
- If the product is found ineligible, it will be returned to you, and no refund or exchange will be processed.

Processing the Exchange/Return:

For Exchanges: We will dispatch the replacement product within 3-5 business days of approval.

For Returns: Once approved, a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be exchanged or returned:
- Custom-made or personalized jewelry
- Products purchased during sale or clearance events
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photographs of the product and packaging for verification. Once confirmed, we will:
- Arrange a replacement at no additional cost, or
- Offer a full refund if a replacement is not available.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- For exchanges, we will cover the shipping cost of the replacement product.
Refund Method
